Terms of service

Last updated 2 October 2026

These terms cover the Boofies live streams and the tokens sold for them. By creating an account or buying tokens you agree to them.

Who we are

Boofies is a bar in Pattaya, Thailand. Contact: support@boofies.online.

Accounts

• You must be 18 or older to buy tokens.
• Keep your login to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account.
• We may mute, suspend or close accounts that harass people, spam, post illegal or adult content, or misuse payments.

Tokens

• Tokens cost US$6 each, shown before you pay. They are a prepaid credit for drink gifts on our streams.
• Tokens have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another account.
• One token sends one drink gift. A gift is sent the moment you tap it and cannot be taken back.
• Drink gifts are soft drinks (water, cola, orange juice) served to the staff member at the bar.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. All sales are final — see Refunds.

The streams

Streams are live and unscripted. We do not promise that any staff member or stream will be available at any time. No nudity or adult content is allowed.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
